We deliver across India, covering all metro cities and select non-metro locations. Please verify delivery availability before placing your order. We have partnered with a trusted logistics provider to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of non-perishable items. While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may sometimes occur.  

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at info@vshapesupps.in.  

Shipment Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed, don't hesitate to contact us at info@vshapesupps.in. In the rare case of a lost or misplaced shipment, we will either resend the order (if in stock), issue a credit note, or provide a full refund.
