We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or missing units?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or your order is missing units:
Send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP hologram, batch number, and images of the received products along with the invoice copy to our customer care at info@vshapesupps.in. (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM on business days).
Once we receive your concern, we will investigate and respond within 24-48 hours.
If a return is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-2 business days.
The return shipment may take 5-7 working days to reach our warehouse. Our quality team will inspect the returned product and update you on its condition.
If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
If the return does not meet our criteria, the product will be sent back to you.
📌 Note: As per our return policy, you must raise a concern within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proper product images and an unboxing video.
Q: What should I do if I receive a courier-damaged item?
If you receive a damaged product from the courier, do not accept it. Instead:

Must be returned in original packaging and sealed condition.
Opened or used products will not be accepted.

2. Fitness Equipment
No return policy applies unless the product is damaged during transit.
Returns & Replacements Will NOT Be Accepted If:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
